MyVerses User's Guide Appendix B: Quick Launch

MyVerses often becomes one of the most frequently used programs on many people's Palm device. This appendix explains how to remap a hardware button so it can be used to quickly launch MyVerses. Remapping a Button

Remapping a Button Remapping hardward buttons is done within the Prefs application on your Palm device. Tap the Prefs icon (Figure B-1) and then select Buttons (Figure B-2). The appearance of these screens will vary based on the version of your Palm OS. After you have navigated to the Buttons screen, tap the pop-up trigger for the button of your choice. Select MyVerses from the application list to remap the button so that MyVerses will be launched whenever that button is pressed (Figure B-3). Once you've customized a button a button to launch MyVerses, you can simply press that button whenever you want to open MyVerses. Using this method is usually much easier and faster than locating and tapping the MyVerses icon. Figure B-1 Tap the Prefs icon to navigate to the Buttons screen.
